All monthly subscription bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly by Whatsapp, Email or through Call. Safaa Aljamal Car Washing LLC reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking or continue with their service if they deem the customer to be unreasonable.
Safaa Aljamal Car Washing LLC reserves the right to assign our staff for the services, alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.
Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Safaa Aljamal Car Washing LLC accepts various payment methods like cash, debit/credit cards and reserves the right to use the payment details to secure the booking.
Safaa Aljamal Car Washing LLC reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked services.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in written on whats app/email/by calling us before renewal of the next monthly billing cycle.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when booking the services.
Ensure that your vehicle is in a condition suitable for our services (e.g., free from hazardous materials, parked in the designated parking area which was shared during booking confirmation, should be parked with equal distance between 2 cars to ease serving the wash etc.). otherwise please communicate your concerns with the technician.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent, Safaa Aljamal Car Washing LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by our customer for the services in question.
Safaa Aljamal Car Washing LLC will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property (car or the premises in which the car gets washed), any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with the technician.
